I was so excited when Bethany Napoleon of Handlettered Studio contacted me for her maternity pictures! It is so flattering when other local creative entrepreneurs reach out. We couldn’t have asked for more stunning natural light on this early March afternoon! It was super chilly (in the 30’s), so Bethany was seriously a rock star putting up with the frigid temperatures in a short sleeve, sheer dress. Speaking of her dress, she got it on sale from Pink Blush Maternity and I was so in love with how the color complimented the golden scenery around us! She was COLD, but I kept telling her how beautiful she looked and how great the light was, and she just kept trusting me! Her daughter, Evy, was also a trooper for the photos, and I could tell she did not like the cold. Nothing a few cookies won’t distract. We still got some smiles and sweet interactions between her and mom, and even a belly rub from big sis! They are so excited to bring another little girl into the family.
